Sizing is off and you can’t return it

I bought 3 skirts online, all same size. They arrived in totally different measurements. The quality of the product was great, price was fair, but the sizing was off. Over a month trying to return the ones that don’t fit and customer service won’t help.
I guess unless you are physically at their store to try it on, not worth it. Too bad, because the skirts are high quality.

No response to return request

I purchased a pair of pants that was categorized as a sale item and when I received it, it was a child’s pair of pants. Neither the title nor the description mentioned it was a child’s item. I immediately reached out to their customer service email and to this day haven’t received a reply.
