Sale Policy

Hey There!

  • Just a heads up, during a sale, when items are discounted at 30% off or more, all sales are FINAL SALE.

  • We recommend reading the product descriptions as we put any info that we think would be helpful there.

  • We cannot be responsible for the condition of an item during a sample sale. Good news is that we rarely encounter a defective item, we just want to be upfront. And we will never ship out an item if we know that there is damage to it.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will automatically refund you for that item as inventory during a sale isn’t always accurate.

 

Shipping

  • Since we have a high volume of orders during a sale, shipping may take 2-3 weeks, however we have our staff working around the clock to get it out to you ASAP.

  • Shipping is a flat rate of $7 during the sale on all orders.

 

Coordinates

Please note when shopping during a sale that if an item that is purchased to coordinate with other items does not work out, or is out of stock, the coordinating items remain FINAL SALE. 

Returns

If an item is marked as final sale or is discounted at 30% or more, we won't be able to give you a refund or a store credit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, Three Bows cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
