Shipping Information

Regular Ship Time
Your package should ship within 1-3 business days Monday - Friday. All orders received before 9.30 a.m. will ship out the same day. In most cases, we use UPS, which is one-day shipping time within the tri-state, and two to three-day shipping time in the rest of continental USA. However, in some cases we may use USPS. 

Our ultimate goal is always to get you your package as soon as possible.

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire package will ship out once all items are available. If you'd like to receive the items that are currently in stock earlier, please reach out to us and we'll try our best to assist you.

International Shipping
We temporarily cannot ship any international orders; we hope to
resume soon!

Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, Three Bows cannot accept responsibility for packages
that are lost or stolen in transit.
