Shipping Information

Regular Ship Time
We normally ship within 24 hours of the order being placed, however during busy seasons or if you order includes sale items, it make take an additional 2-3 days. 

If your order is time sensitive, please reach out to us on cs@threebows.com and we will try our best to assist you. 

For most orders we use UPS which delivers within 1 day in the tristate area (our warehouse is located in Monsey, NY).

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option for pickup or dropoff.

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire package will ship out once all items are available. If you'd like to receive the items that are currently in stock earlier, please reach out to us and we'll try our best to assist you.

International Shipping
We temporarily cannot ship any international orders; we hope to
resume soon!

Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, Three Bows cannot accept responsibility for packages
that are lost or stolen in transit.
