We hope that you are happy with your Three Bows order. We understand that sometimes items do not work out.
So, here's what you need to know about making a return:
- If you bought your item at full price - you can return it for a full refund within 1 week of receiving the package (a return shipping fee may apply).
- If you bought your item at 40% off or more, then it is final sale, and we won't be able to give you a refund or store credit.
- If an item is marked as final sale - then we won't be able to give you a refund or store credit.
- Any orders returned outside of the return window but within 14 days of receipt will not be eligible for a refund but may be eligible for a store credit. You can check this on a case-by-case basis by emailing email@example.com.
Out of Stock Items
We always try to keep our inventory accurate. If an item won’t be shipped and is out of stock, we’ll automatically refund you for that item.
In the event of a refunded item or out of stock item, Three Bows
cannot be responsible for other items that were purchased to
coordinate with that item.

Return shipping is free on all orders where $100 or more is kept by
the customer. On orders where the value of what is kept is below $100, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the total of the refund.
When can I expect to receive the refund?
Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will take 5 - 7 business days and will be returned to your original method of payment.
