Returns & Exchanges

We trust that you will be super happy with your Three Bows purchase. However, we know that returns and exchanges may be needed. Please see our policy below in the event that you need to return or exchange an item(s).
How do I make an Exchange? We do not currently offer the option to exchange online. If you want a new size or color, send back your order for a refund and place a new order. We do suggest you place a new order even before the refund is received. (Please refer to sale  section for items bought on sale.)
What is the Return Policy?

Full priced items may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of online purchaseItems returned after 21 days can only be exchanged for a store credit at the current selling price.  After 30 days no return or exchange may be made on an item.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, with original labels and tags attached. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt. Please circle the item(s) that are being returned. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. We advise you to add on tracking to your return shipment as we cannot credit you if we have not received the package. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns; made past the 21 days or don't comply with above mentioned policy.  
We are unable to issue price adjustments on prior orders. 
Returning or exchanging Sale items? Sale items that have been sold at over 30% off are final sale. All other sale items can only be returned/exchanged within 14 days. Should for any reason a sale item need to be returned\exchanged please email cs@threebows.com.
When can I expect to receive the refund? Once your item is received and inspected your refund will take 5-7 business days and will be returned in your original method of payment.  
Can a return or exchange be made in the showroom? Yes, on non-sale items, within 21 days from date of on-line purchase. The return\exchange must comply with all above mentioned guidelines for exchanges and returns. It is up to you to schedule a time during our showroom hours. 
If I place an order online can I pick it up from the showroom?
We offer the option for showroom pickup. When placing your order type in the code chpickup and the package will  be available for pick up from the showroom.
Please allow 48 hours for your package to be available for pickup.
You will receive an order confirmation and the next available pick up time.
Generally, pickups are done during showroom\office hours only.

Pickups, Returns or Exchanges are not available from the showroom during SALE promotions. 
I received an incorrect or damaged item. WHOOPS, let us fix that quickly! Please contact us ASAP. In the event that your order was mis-packaged we will issue a return or exchange via your original checkout method. Please return your item within 7-10 days in original packaging, unworn, and all tags in tact. We request that a replacement oder be made on our site. One refund will be issued at the end of the transaction.
