Please note, sample sale items are as in condition, which means we cannot be responsible for items that arrived with defects, although we will never ship out an item if we know that there is a damage to it.
If an item is out of stock, we will automatically refund you for that item, as inventory during a sample sale can be not completely accurate.
In the event of a refunded item, Three Bows cannot be responsible for other items that were purchased to coordinate with that item.
We normally work to ship your package within 1-2 business days and try to use UPS for all packages so that we can get you your goods as soon as possible.
We temporarily cannot ship any international orders, we hope to resume soon!
Three Bows Return Policy
We hope that you are happy with your Three Bows order. We understand that some things in your order may not have worked out. Here's what you need to know about making a return:
Please follow the Return My Package link in the footer of our website or click here to start a return.
Full priced items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days from package delivery date. Items must be unworn with original company tags still on.
All returns must be accompanied with a receipt. Please circle the item(s) that are being returned.
Any orders returned outside of the return window but within 14 days of receipt will not be eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for store credit. You can check this on a case by case basis by emailing email@example.com.
Items bought in-store have a 7 day return policy.
Return shipping is free on all orders where $75 or more is kept by the customers. On orders where the value of what is kept is below $75, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the total of the refund. Send the return items here: 342B Herzl Street Brooklyn NY 11212.
Returning Sale items?
If the final price you paid for the item is 60% of the original price or less, then it is final sale and we won't be able to give you a refund or store credit.
If an item is marked as final sale- then we won't be able to give you a refund or a store credit.
When can I expect to receive the refund?
Once your item is received and inspected your refund will take 5-7 business days and will be returned in your original method of payment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Unfortunately, Three Bows cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
Please note when shopping during a sale, that if an item that is purchased to coordinate with other items does not work out, or is out of stock, the coordinating items remain FINAL SALE.
