Return Policy

Hey There!

• Just a heads up, since this is a sample sale, all sales (except for camp skirts and other select items) are final sale.
• We recommend reading the product descriptions as we put any info that we think would be helpful there.
• Also, we cannot be responsible for the condition of an item during a sample sale. Good news is that we rarely encounter a defective item, we just want to be upfront.
• Since we have a high volume of orders during a sample sale, shipping may take 1-2 weeks, however we have our staff working around the clock to get it out to you ASAP.
• Shipping is a flat rate of $7 during the sample sale on all orders.

 

No one likes complicated Return Policies!

So we will try to keep it simple...

If you bought your item full price- you can return it for a full refund within 1 week of receiving the package (a return shipping fee may apply).

If the final price you paid for the item is 60% of the original price or less, then it is final sale and we won't be able to give you a refund or store credit.

If an item is marked as final sale- then we won't be able to give you a refund or a store credit.

Any orders returned outside of the return window but within 14 days of receipt will not be eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for store credit. You can check this on a case by case basis by emailing cs@threebows.com.
